Norma Paez - Owner / President

Our Story

The Journey to a successful business in most cases starts with an idea. In the case of Norma Paez (President & Owner of Sensitive Environmental, Inc.), the idea was simple and could be described with one word… opportunity, but the idea wasn’t enough, she set her sights on a better life in America and left her beloved family and home in Bogota, Colombia where she grew up.

Norma Paez became a CAC (Certified Asbestos Consultant) in 2000 and started her first business doing asbestos, lead and mold inspections. In keeping with the Idea of Opportunity, she remained steady in her
goals throughout the years and was able to finally create and launch her own Environmental Remediation business in 2015.

Sensitive Environmental - Office Team

After many years of consulting, making the right connections and cultivating her business relations, a new direction emerged. Norma was confident she had all the tools and resources necessary to form and successfully run the company she is now the owner and president of… Sensitive Environmental, Inc., a company focused on ensuring a safer environment by providing Abatement and Remediation services to facilities, commercial structures and residential properties.

Her oldest daughter, Cari Lee Sladek, joined forces with her in 2017. Together they work as a team to provide the best possible service to clients.
